Nicoya is good at tuning into where you’re at and where you want to go with mindfulness. She is encouraging and helpful to talk to.

Nicoya is a very knowledgeable, calm, and kind teacher. I truly feel that she helped me become a much more peaceful and calmer person by teaching me many mindfulness techniques. Through Nicoya, I learned how to manage my stress, frustration, and anger. Now, when things go wrong I don’t get as bothered or annoyed. I really enjoyed her 8 week course and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to find more inner peace and fulfillment. I am so grateful for Nicoya’s help in learning to be much more mindful!
